A Zelienople woman has filed a misconduct complaint against two borough police officers and the police chief.
Resident Lisa Brown claims the unidentified officers swore at her and accusing her of being high after she pulled into her North Main Street residence earlier this month (April 9). She was given a sobriety test and passed…and was not charged or arrested.
When she complained to the Police Chief Jim Miller, Brown claims he was rude and abusive.
Per protocol, Chief Miller will investigate the two officers’ actions. The chief’s actions will be investigated by the mayor.
