A Zelienople woman is facing charges after allegedly stabbing her husband on New Year’s.
Dyna Hodges, 33, has been charged with aggravated and simple assault charges, among others.
According to Zelienople Police, Hodges stabbed her husband in the arm with a kitchen knife inside their Peach Street home after he kept persisting the two have sex.
Hodges told police after she refused her husband’s advances several times, he grabbed her and tried to lead her upstairs. That’s when she allegedly grabbed a knife from the counter and stabbed him.
The husband was taken to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment. His current condition is unclear.
