The wrong way driver was identified as 85-year-old Robert Humble of Cranberry Township. The driver of the other vehicle was 56-year-old Helen O’Halloran of Ohio. They were both pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger is O’Halloran’s vehicle was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital.
Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash. Sources say Humble was dealing with Alzheimer’s.
