The Seneca Valley boys have received a first-round “bye” as the top seed in class Triple-A.
In Double-A: Freeport will meet Mt. Pleasant in a preliminary round game Saturday at 6pm. The winner will meet top-seeded South Park Monday in the first round.
The Mars boys are the second seed in Double A. They will host the winner of a preliminary round game between Trinity and Quaker Valley Monday.

Triple-A first round: Seneca Valley will host Oakland Catholic Saturday at 6pm.
In Double-A: Mars is the top seed and have a first-round “bye”. Freeport will travel to South Park Saturday at 4pm.
In Single-A: Charleroi will meet Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic at Big Mac Stadiun in Canonsburg Saturday at 2pm.
The Slippery Rock University women’s soccer team earned a 1-0 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference victory Wednesday night at Edinboro University. The victory improves The Rock’s record to 9-5-1 overall and 8-4-1 in PSAC play. Edinboro falls to 9-6 overall and 8-5 in league matches with the loss. The win moves The Rock into a tie for fourth place in the league standings with 25 points, just two points behind third place Kutztown (9-4-1, 9-4 PSAC), with three game left in the regular season.
