The WPIAL high school football playoff brackets were announced last night:All of the games will be played Friday at 7:30pm.
In 6-A: Seneca Valley (6-3) will travel to Mt. Lebanon (7-3). North Allegheny (8-2) will host Hempfield (5-5)
Pine-Richland (6-4) will travel to Bethel Park (5-4). Central Catholic (9-1) will host Norwin (5-5).
In 5-A: Armstrong (9-1) will host Gateway (6-4)
In 4-A: Mars (8-2) will host Ringgold (7-2).
In 2-A: Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic (5-4) will travel to Burgettstown (4-5)
WPIAL Girls Volleyball Quarterfinals tonight:
4-A: Seneca Valley will meet Upper St. Clair at North Allegheny high school at 7:30pm. Armstrong and Hempfield play at Norwin high school at 7:30pm.
3-A: Knoch will face Chartiers Valley at North Hills high school at 6pm. Mars will meet Hampton at Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic high school at 7:30pm.
