A Butler Township woman is facing DUI charges after she drove away from a gas station with a hose attached to her car.
The incident happened earlier this month at the Sunoco on East Jefferson Street in Butler.
Police allege 46-year-old Jerri Slagle had a blood alcohol content over four times the legal limit. She also allegedly didn’t know what time it was when officers asked. She allegedly believed it was 7 a.m. when it was 5:30 p.m.
She is scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing next month.
