A Kittanning woman is in jail on charges she intentionally set a house on fire.
Rebicca McElroy, 32, is in the Armstrong County Jail. The fire started Saturday afternoon at a home on Hard Tack Road in Kittanning Township, Armstrong County.
State Police say McElroy had been temporarily living at the residence along with family members. No one else was home when the fire started, but officers say $100,000 in damage was done and one cat was killed. Another was seriously injured.
A motive is unclear.
