A Freeport woman is facing multiple counts of retail theft from time spent as an employee of Walmart in Butler Township.
According to Butler Township Police, 51-year-old Helen McIlvaine-Johnson has been charged with 16 counts of retail theft.
The thefts allegedly occurred during McIlvaine-Johnson’s employment at the Walmart from February 6th through April 3rd of this year.
The thefts ranged from $1 to over $12. Charges were filed after Walmart provided Butler Township Police with information about the situation.
