A Butler woman has been charged after it’s alleged she attacked a former boyfriend in Franklin Township.
On February 21st, police received a call from a woman that claimed “everybody at that location was dead.”
When police arrived on scene they discovered that 42-year-old Lisa Blake allegedly attacked a former boyfriend in his sleep with a hatchet at his home on the 200 block of Bennett Drive.
The victim, who has an active PFA against Blake, suffered a laceration to his arm but was able to take the hatchet away from the victim.
Blake then fled the scene but was eventually taken in by police. She has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
