Governor Tom Wolf has signed an executive order that grants abortion access to out of state residents.
As states restrict abortions after the recent decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, Wolf said he wants to make sure women have reproductive rights in Pennsylvania.
The executive order also allows the governor to dismiss a warrant issued by officials from other states that want to arrest someone who travels to Pennsylvania for an abortion.
