We’re a little over a month away from Governor Tom Wolf’s final budget address in Harrisburg.
Wolf says this could be a “magical year” when it comes to the budgeting process as Pennsylvania currently sits on a significant surplus.

Both Democrats and Republicans believe education is an area that stands to receive more funding next fiscal years.
Normally negotiations pick up in June with a budget passed early July.
