A Butler woman is recovering following a two vehicle crash last weekend in Butler Township.
According to Butler Township Police, 64-year-old Susan Grindel was traveling south on Meridian Road on Saturday shortly after 11 a.m.
Police say that Grindel turned left into the path of a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Troy Tirk of Meridian. Tirk was not injured but Grindel was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Both vehicles needed to be towed and traffic was delayed for about a half hour. Grindel was cited for a left turn violation.
