Construction work is set to begin today on East Brady Street in the Institute Hill neighborhood of Butler.
Officials with Pennsylvania American Water say their crews are going to be upgrading 3,000 feet of aging water main lines.
The work is expected to take place on East Brady Street in between 3rd Street and Limburg Street.
After the work on East Brady Street is complete, crews will begin water line replacements on 3rd Street.
The $790,000 project is expected to be completed by late summer.
