The Butler VA is saluting its patients this week as part of a national celebration.
It’s National Salute to Veteran Patients week and the VA is planning a couple of events for veterans.
A couple highlights includes a “Lunch Date with a Veteran” for residents of the Community Living Center and visits from local veteran groups.
The VA is also seeking Valentine’s Day cards for veteran residents. Those interested can drop them off at the welcome desk at the Abie Abraham VA on North Duffy Road.
