This is a special week at VA Butler Healthcare.
The 38th annual National Salute to Veteran Patients week continues through Saturday at the facility on New Castle Road in Butler.
Activities during the week include Bowling with Veterans on Monday, Dinner Date with a Veteran on Wednesday, a visit from the Butler Jr ROTC on Thursday, and Lunch Date with a Veteran on Friday.
The goal of the week is a time of caring and sharing that conveys an expression of honor and appreciation to inpatient and outpatient veterans.
