An event Friday at VA Butler Healthcare will try to enhance mental health care for the local veteran community.
The fourth annual Mental Health Summit will be held Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the VA Butler Healthcare Auditorium at the main campus on New Castle Road in Butler Township.
This year’s event will focus on health care access and suicide prevention. Breakout sessions will address the opiod crisis, pain management and risk reduction.
Veterans, family members, VA employees, volunteers and the community are invited to attend this summit.
