Two teenagers have been cited for allegedly jumping onto the road in front of oncoming traffic.
Grove City Police say the males- ages 13 and 15 years old- told authorities they were jumping in front of the traffic in an effort to scare drivers.
No one was reportedly hurt. Charges are pending.
