The State Police in Butler were called to the Clearview Mall on Sunday July 31, 2016.
According to the police report 47-year-old Donna DiGiacomo of Butler, PA and 36-year-old Jarrod Warner of Butler, PA were caught stealing from JcPenney’s shortly before 6:00 p.m. Warner was detained at the scene until police arrived. Upon investigation, they were found to have $613.00 worth of unpaid miscellaneous clothing.
Charges were filed on both on August 19, 2016.
