The Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau has added a couple new stops on a tasty local tour.
A program called the Butler County Sweet Tooth Trail, which is a self-guided tour of the county’s bakeries, ice cream shops, and candy stores has expanded from 16 stops to 18 by adding Donut Connection in Butler along with Mars Candy Land in Downtown Mars.
Participants can create their own itinerary and fill up passports with specially designed symbols for each location. Passports can then be presented at the Bureau’s main office in Zelienople to claim a commemorative prize and be entered into a drawing for a gift basket.
