The Butler Twp. Police were called to the scene of a two car crash on Thursday March 31, 2016.
Police say 39-year-old Brent Lash of Kittanning, PA was traveling eastbound on route 422 when a white SUV pulled out in front of him from Greenwood Dr. Lash swerved to miss that vehicle and struck another one head-on. That car was being driven by 33-year-old Marisa Plowman of Pittsburgh. Both Lash and Plowman suffered minor injuries and both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The SUV that pulled out in front of Lash never stopped and was last seen headed west on route 422.
