One person was injured in a two vehicle crash on June 12, 2015.
Police were called to Brownsdale Road in Forward Twp., in response to the crash. Police say 25-year-old Antoine Pollard of Apollo, PA is to blame for wrecking into 18-year-old Derek Jack of Sarver, PA. Pollard was transported by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital to treat his injuries.
