Two new COVID-19 cases were reported in Butler County today by the state department of health.
That brings the county’s total to 232.
As of Monday afternoon, Butler Memorial Hospital is treating three patients for COVID-19, with one in the ICU.
Across the state, there were just over 600 new cases confirmed, with the total number of cases now approaching 73,000.
The death toll also rose by about 100 statewide—officials say there have now been 5,667 people who have died because of the coronavirus.
There were also about 10,000 new negative tests reported—that total is now nearing 400,000.
