The COVID-19 death toll in Pennsylvania has now surpassed 6,000 after 61 additional deaths were reported today.
The number of new daily cases though continues to trend downward, as 493 cases were reported—which is down about 100 from last Tuesday.
In Butler County, two new cases were confirmed—bringing the case count to 249.
The state is also reporting that there have been nearly 460,000 negative tests performed.
