At least one person was seriously injured as a result of a crash that occurred at Moraine State Park Tuesday afternoon.
A call came into the Butler County 911 Center just after 3 p.m. for a single vehicle accident on Lakeview Road in Worth Township.
Emergency responders from Portersville-Muddy Creek Volunteer Fire Company and EMS responded to the scene to find an SUV into a tree. A woman in the vehicle was partially entrapped. Crews called for a Life Flight helicopter to land at Moraine to transport the woman for further treatment.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
