Those who are getting ready to fly should be ready for changes that are coming to the Pittsburgh International Airport starting next week.
As summer travel continues to ramp up, starting Monday July 8th the Pittsburgh International Airport will be moving all TSA Precheck passengers to the TSA alternate line Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m.
After 7 a.m. the lines will reopen for everyone, TSA believes this change will streamline and speed up the passenger experience.
In 2025 a new terminal will be opening with added security check points to help address the increased travel.
