Martin Truex, Jr. won the rain delayed Nascar race at Dover Monday, earning his second victory for Joe Gibbs Racing. The 2017 series champion won at Richmond three weeks ago. Alex Bowman was runner-up for the second straight week. Kyle Larson, Kevin Harvick and Chase Elliott completed the top five.
