The Butler Transit Authority continues to have problems with large trucks in their Park and Ride facility off Route 528 in Jackson Township.
At a meeting Tuesday, Executive Director John Paul informed the board that a tractor trailer ran over an in-ground electrical box this past weekend.
Although lighting to the facility was not affected, the authority already submitted the incident to their insurance and learned that $4,000 damage was done to the box.
Video footage exists of the truck and driver thanks to cameras recently installed at the lot. That footage was turned over to the Jackson Township Police who are investigating.
