The State Police in Kittanning are investigating after a tree stand was set on fire earlier this weekend in nearby Armstrong County.
Authorities say that sometime between 8pm on Friday and 5:45am on Saturday, at least one unknown person lit a mobile tree stand on fire. The tree stand was located on a vacant property on Elkin Road in Wayne Township.
No additional information about the fire was available.
