A North Hills tree service contractor accused of defrauding clients in Allegheny County now faces charges in Butler County.
According to our news partners at WPXI, Jeremiah Cubarney is accused of taking money from clients for tree services and never returning to complete the work. Victims were originally from Allegheny County, but now extend into Penn and Middlesex townships in Butler County.
Authorities believe there may be other victims.
Felony charges against Cubarney have been filed dating back to October. Cubarney’s attorney told WPXI that his client plans to repay all of his victims.
