Toby Keith’s new album, 35 mph Town, arrives in stores and online today. Recently inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, he co-wrote nine of the 10 new songs. The album also features the legendary Jimmy Buffett on a song called “Sailboat for Sale.”
The song, “Beautiful Stranger” will be released next week.
Toby comments on what he hopes fans will go away with when they hear his new music.
“I hope they go away and go, ‘You know what? He’s not converting with what type of music’s being played on the radio. He’s not converting. I hope they look at this album and go, Same ol’, same ol’, He’s sticking to his guns.”
