There were just under a thousand new COVID-19 cases announced across the state Thursday.
The Department of Health now says there are over 65,000 positive cases statewide.
The amount of tests though continues to increase, as 10,000 negative tests were reported. That total is currently over 303,000.
The death toll, however, continues to climb in PA—so far 4,869 have died from COVID-19.
Locally, there was only one new case announced in Butler County, bringing the total to 209.
As of Wednesday, Butler Memorial Hospital is treating five patients for the coronavirus, with one person in the ICU.
