Three people are facing charges after they allegedly assaulted someone on a street in Lyndora.
The incident happened back on April 9th around 4 p.m. on Kendall Avenue.
Butler Township Police say 51-year-old Michael Durham, 34-year-old Tina Deal both of Lyndora and 25-year-old Tyler Hartman of Butler allegedly hit the 30-year-old male victim and tackled him to the ground.
Police say they then placed him in a headlock, and Durham jumped on top of him, punching the victim several times.
Deal reportedly incited the fight and continued to yell throughout the incident.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
Hartman and Durham were charged with simple assault and harassment. Deal faces disorderly conduct charges.
