The state police in Mercer are investigating a theft incident that took place sometime between September 12, 2015 and September 19, 2015.
The victim, Sandra Lee Minor of Springfield Twp., PA, told police that someone stole her debit card information and was used to purchase various clothing items from Champs Sports.
