Two teenagers have been charged in connection with the robbery of another teenager that occurred earlier this week in the city of Butler.
According to a criminal complaint, officers responded to the 300 block of North Main Street on Monday (12/30) to investigate a reported robbery.
The victim told police that around 6 p.m. near the library two 17-year-old males began following him. They began asking him questions and one allegedly pulled what looked like a black pistol out of his pants and demanded everything the victim had. The victim gave the teens a vape pen along with two grams of marijuana.
Police located the teens a short time later on West Brady Street and took them into custody. One teen is from Karns City while the other is from East Brady. The young men are facing charges including felony robbery and criminal conspiracy.
