One teen was injured after crashing his dirt bike in Armstrong County over the weekend.
According to the Kittanning State Police, two 14-year-olds were riding their dirt bikes in South Buffalo Township Saturday afternoon when one of the teens braked suddenly, causing the second teen to crash into his bike.
Authorities say the second teen then lost control of his bike and fell onto the roadway. He was taken to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment of leg injuries.
Police say both teens will be cited for operating dirt bikes on the roadway.
