A Westmoreland County teenager who was accidentally shot in the head Friday has died.
Nicholas Ursiny of Leechburg died at a Pittsburgh hospital Sunday afternoon.
Officials say the teen was target shooting with his dad when the gun went off while he was trying to reload it.
