An Allegheny County man is facing charges after he allegedly stole two checks from a Slippery Rock resident last month.
According to State Police, 20-year-old Jarret Pipes of Tarentum is accused of stealing two checks from a car parked on Cornish Drive around April 15th.
Authorities say that Pipes then tried to use the checks to make purchases totaling over $1,300.
