Moraine State Park is offering local educators a workshop this weekend for those interested in teaching more about trees.
Instructors from Project Learning Tree will lead a workshop from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Region 2 office on Park Road.
Educators of kids pre-K through 8th grade can learn while completing at-home activities before the workshop as well as a short hike and hands-on activities near the shore of Lake Arthur.
The cost to attend is $20 and registration is required by calling the park office.
