The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Baltimore Orioles 6-5 Wednesday in Grapefruit League play. Starting pitcher Jameson Taillon allowed one run on two hits over four innings. He did not walk a batter and struck out two. Phil Gosselin hit a grand slam home run for the Bucs, who are now 13-5. They visit the Boston Red Sox in Fort Myers tonight.
