The Butler County Symphony will be performing an evening of entertaining music this weekend at Butler Intermediate High School.
The show is titled “Tchaikovsky’s Fifth” and is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday with a free lecture about the music by maestro Matthew Kraemer followed by the performance at 7:30 p.m.
This performance will also feature the Symphony’s Young Artists competition winner pianist Emma Kim playing the first movement of a concerto by Prokofiev.
Pre-sale adult tickets are $25 each, with kids and students $8 each. Tickets at the door are slightly more expensive. For more information, visit the website of the Butler County Symphony Association.
