One of the men injured in last week’s shooting at the Clearview Mall is now in police custody.
Earlier this week, police charged 19-year-old Damian Blystone of Butler with terroristic threats, simple assault, and other drug-related charges. State police say he turned himself in yesterday afternoon.
Blystone was shot in the head after getting into an altercation with 24-year-old Carlos Gonzalez Carril in the parking lot of the Clearview Mall near Rural King last Tuesday night.
Blystone and two others had to be flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after being shot. Police described their injuries as minor.
Blystone has been arraigned and is currently in the Butler County Prison.
