Local anglers are welcome to get out this weekend and take advantage of this year’s first Fish-For-Free Day.
Sunday, May 29 is the first of two such days in Pennsylvania this year. The other is Monday, July 4.
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission will permit anyone to fish without a license on Sunday but all other fishing regulations apply.
Visit the Fish and Boat Commission’s website for more information about borrowing fishing tackle equipment from a variety of locations across the state.
