Several Pennsylvania lawmakers are suing the United States State Department over ballots coming into the state from overseas.
The lawsuit claims that ballots could be tampered with and become fraudulent, along with raising questions about verifying eligible voters.
The lawsuit was filed by six Pennsylvania Republicans include Congressman Mike Kelly.
Those voting overseas will be prompt to provide their name, voting address, and current overseas mailing address. It will also ask for the final four numbers of their social security or a driver license number. But, if they do not have either of these they can put NONE.
Service members and international citizens have been voting this way since 1986.
Around 25,000 ballots have already been sent overseas. Our newsroom has reached out to congressman Kelly’s office and have not heard back.
