It’s time for college graduates from earlier this year to start thinking about repaying their student loans.
The six month grace period for those who finished their college studies in May or June is ending soon so those people should have a plan to begin repayment.
Students are given the initial grace period in order to allow them to find employment and get finances in order before repayment obligations begin. Those having difficulty with employment may be eligible for a reduced payment plan or temporary deferment.
