Several locations in southwestern Butler County, as well as Beaver County, southern Lawrence County and northwestern Allegheny County, have already received 2.5 inches of rain.
Crews are continuing to respond to calls of flooded roads and basements. West Penn Power and Central Electric Cooperative crews worked Monday to restore the remaining power outages.
Since Sunday night, the Butler County 911 Center received at least 35 calls for downed wires, and flooded roads and basements. The Red Cross says they assisted a family of five after their home on Isle Road in Franklin Township flooded.
