The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Buffalo Bills 27-20 Sunday in snowy Buffalo. The Steelers controlled the ball for more than 38 minutes of the game, compiling 460 total yards. Running back Le’Veon Bell set a Steelers record with 236 yards on the ground. He had three touchdowns. Bell also caught four passes for 62 yards.
The Steelers controlled the game, despite three interceptions by Ben Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger threw for 220 yards in the game, and passed Vinny Testaverde for 10th on the all-time NFL career yardage list. The Steelers defense held Buffalo running back LeShaun McCoy to 27 yards on 12 carries. The win was also head coach Mike Tomlin’s 100th regular season victory. The Steelers improved to 8-5 overall and visit the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday.
The Bengals defeated Cleveland 23-10 Sunday, sending the Browns to 0-13. Tonight in Monday Night Football, Baltimore will visit New England.
The late Sunday night game, the New York Giants ended the Dallas win streak at 11 games with a 10-7 victory.
