A local state representative is closing his office permanently today after losing a re-election bid earlier this week.
State Representative Jaret Gibbons, a Democrat representing parts of Beaver, Butler and Lawrence counties is closing his Ellwood City office permanently Friday.
Gibbons lost his race for re-election in the 10th District- which includes Slipper Rock Township- to Republican challenger Aaron Bernstine.
All documents currently being processed by Gibbons’ office will be mailed directly to the individual’s home. Gibbons advises anyone with a state related matter to contact their local state senator.
