State police in Venango County say their investigation is still ongoing into the killing of a Pittsburgh man near Emlenton.
29-year-old Peter Spencer was found dead in the front yard of a home on Carls Road in Rockland Township on the morning of December 12th.
Police say they are still awaiting toxicology and ballistics reports from the autopsy.
No charges have been filed but police did interview an unnamed 25-year-old man and three others immediately afterwards.
Police say they’re asking the public to be patient as their investigation unfolds.
