With the Labor Day Holiday weekend approaching the PA State Police Troop D would like to remind the public to drive safely, be alert and obey traffic laws of the Commonwealth.
Troop D will have an even greater emphasis placed on detecting impaired drivers, speeding and safety equipment violations during the holiday enforcement period. Patrol members will use a zero tolerance approach during that weekend.
Police would also like to remind motorists of the ” steer clear law” and to stay alert when approaching emergency vehicles on the roadway.
