The Troop D barracks of the Pennsylvania State Police have released an updated ‘Most Wanted’ poster.
The last known address for three of the five suspects was in Butler County.
William Kelsea, 45, is wanted for a 2017 theft and related offenses in the county. Maxwell Bowers, 27, is wanted for a 2017 assault and criminal mischief.
James Hutchinson III, 31, remains on the ‘Five Most Wanted’ list from last month. He’s wanted for a 2018 drug possession with intent to deliver charge. His last known address was in the city of Butler.
Police also continue to search for 51-year-old Dwayne Hawk- last seen in Armstrong County. He’s wanted for an alleged rape. Shawn Kunkle, 48, of Kittanning is wanted for violating Megan’s Law.
After state police in Troop D released a ‘Five Most Wanted’ poster in January, three of the five suspects were taken into custody within a month.
If you have any information on any of the suspects’ whereabouts, you’re asked to contact police.
